Professional Hair Care Tips
Invest in YOUR hair!
Hair Growth
• Maintain FREQUENT Trims.
Routine Hair Trims should occur every 8-12 weeks.
(At home trims are not recommended to avoid split ends up the hair shaft, which can cause severe breakage.)
• Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! (hair and body)
• Avoid Excessive Heat Styling and incorporate Protective Styling.
• Use the correct styling tools when brushing, shampooing, conditioning and styling your hair.
• Maintain a healthy diet.
• Sleep on a silk/satin pillowcase.
• Use proper hair oils.
• Suffering from sudden hair loss? ALWAYS seek medical advice!
Protective Styles
• Wear styles suitable for your hair type and texture. Improper wear can result in hair loss and damage.
• Keep hair moisturized but stay away from heavy oils that may clog hair pores.
• Treat natural hair prior to wearing protective styles.
• Allow natural hair to breathe in-between post sew-ins, braids and installs. TAKE BREAKS!
• Leaving protective styles in longer than normal will leave a substantial amount of build-up. This may cause new growth to break off by adding too much pressure resulting in breakage.
Stop Buying the Wrong Products!
• Always seek professional opinion. Book a consultation!
• Purchasing products because “it smells good” is not healthy. Such products contain too much alcohol that can result in excessive dryness and will cause severe damage.
• Hair is made of texture, fine, medium and coarse. Hair texture only describes the width and thickness.
Chemically Treated Hair Care
• Always seek professional advice.
• At home treatments are not recommended.
• Routine hair masks and protein treatments are the key.
• Always use products formulated according to your hair care needs!

There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it.
The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it.
Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now.
Later will take care of itself. It always does.
